Welcome to Indoor Sports Arena. By accessing our facilities, making a booking, or participating in any activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

1. General Conditions of Entry

• All visitors must comply with staff directions, signage, and all safety protocols.

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

• Indoor Sports Arena reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for misconduct, unsafe behavior, or non-compliance.
   

2. Bookings & Payments​

• A $20 deposit is required to secure all court bookings.

• The deposit forms part of the total booking fee and will be deducted from the amount payable on the day of play.

• Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be rescheduled or credited, with the deposit applied to a future booking.

• Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are treated as a late cancellation and will be subject to the same conditions as a no-show.
   

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows​

• Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows will result in:

• Forfeiture of the $20 deposit; and

• You authorising Indoor Sports Arena to charge the remaining balance of the booking fee to the payment method provided at the time of booking, where reasonable and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

• By making a booking and providing payment details, you authorise Indoor Sports Arena to:

• Process the booking deposit;

• Retain the deposit for late cancellations or no-shows; and

• Charge any remaining balance or applicable fees arising from a late cancellation or no-show.

• Indoor Sports Arena reserves the right to require full upfront payment or refuse future bookings from customers who repeatedly late-cancel or fail to attend booked sessions.
   

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposit paid can be used for your next session.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking.

• No-show or late cancellations may be required to pay the remaining balance under some circumstances.

• Indoor Sports Arena reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, events, booking errors). A full refund or reschedule option will be provided in such cases.

• Group Member Substitution Clause:
  If another individual from the same group (or a substantially similar group - management reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the group is related or similar) makes a booking after a no show even if the booking is under a different name or contact details the following applies:
  - Any owing amounts from the original no-show will still be applied to the group and must be paid before future bookings are accepted.
  - Attempts to bypass this policy by changing the booking name or using alternate contact details will be considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in a suspension from future bookings.
  - Breaching these Terms & Conditions grants 'Indoor Sports Arena' the right to recover any amounts owed through all lawful means. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging debt recovery services or initiating legal proceedings to secure payment, with any associated costs being recoverable from the customer.
   

4. Use of Facilities

• Users must wear appropriate sportswear and non-marking footwear.

• Food and drink (except water) are not permitted on the courts.

• Any damage caused to the facilities or equipment due to misuse will be the responsibility of the user and must be compensated.
   

5. Liability & Waiver

• Participation in sports and recreational activities involves inherent risks. Users participate at their own risk.

• Indoor Sports Arena is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.

• By entering the facility, you release Indoor Sports Arena and its staff from any claims arising from injury or loss.
   

6. ​Group Bookings & Responsibility

• The person making a booking (“Group Organiser”) confirms that they are authorised to make the booking on behalf of all participants attending under that booking.

• The Group Organiser accepts responsibility for all participants in their group, including compliance with these Terms & Conditions, payment obligations, conduct, and any loss or damage caused during the booking.

• Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the Group Organiser is deemed acceptance on behalf of all participants attending under the booking.
   

7. Health & Safety

• Do not attend the facility if you are unwell or showing symptoms of a contagious illness.

• All participants must follow safety instructions and use equipment only for its intended purpose.
   

8. Photography & Media

• Indoor Sports Arena may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. Please inform staff if you do not wish to be included.

• No unauthorised photography or filming of other patrons is allowed.
   

9. Code of Conduct

• Aggressive, abusive, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.

• Respect staff, other patrons, and the facility at all times.

• Repeat offenders may face suspension or permanent bans.
   

10. Changes to Terms

Indoor Sports Arena reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website or at the front desk.
