• These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Indoor Sports Arena website, mobile application, and online booking services (the “Services”).

• By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

• Indoor Sports Arena (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides indoor sports court hire, casual and organised sporting activities, and related services.
   

• 2. Eligibility

• To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or

• Have permission from a parent or legal guardian

• The person making the booking is responsible for all participants attending under that booking.
   

• 3. Bookings

• a) Booking Process

• Bookings can be made via our website or mobile application

• A booking is only confirmed once payment (or deposit) has been successfully processed

• The person making the booking (“Booking Organiser”) is responsible for all players, guests, and spectators

• b) Accuracy of Information

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a booking.
   

• 4. Payments & Deposits

• A deposit may be required at the time of booking

• Remaining balances may be paid online or in-venue, depending on the booking type

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)

• We do not store full credit card details.
   

• 5. Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds

• a) Cancellations

• Cancellation policies are outlined at the time of booking and on our website

• Deposits are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise

• b) No-Shows

• Failure to attend a booking without prior notice may result in:

• Loss of deposit

• Charging of the remaining booking balance

• Suspension or restriction of future bookings

• c) Refunds

• Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
   

• 6. Changes & Late Arrivals

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings due to operational or safety reasons

• Late arrivals may result in reduced court time with no refund

• Booking end times are strictly enforced to ensure fairness to other users
   

• 7. Code of Conduct

• All users must:

• Respect staff, referees, and other participants

• Use facilities and equipment appropriately

• Follow all venue rules and staff instructions

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour without refund.
   

• 8. Safety & Risk Acknowledgement

• By using our facilities, you acknowledge that:

• Participation in sports involves inherent risks

• You participate at your own risk

• You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to participate

• Indoor Sports Arena is not liable for injuries except where required by law.
   

• 9. Damage & Liability

• You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your group

• We may charge repair or replacement costs where damage occurs

• Personal belongings are brought at your own risk
   

• 10. Use of the App & Website

• You agree not to:

• Misuse the Services

• Attempt unauthorised access to systems

• Interfere with app functionality

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes

• We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms.
   

• 11. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website and app, including logos, images, text, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Indoor Sports Arena and must not be used without permission.
   

• 12. Privacy

• Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information.
   

• 13. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question

• Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

  Changes will be effective once published on our website or app.

• Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
   

• 15. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
  Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
